SVEA is a premium bed made of 100 % solid Slovenian oak, built from exceptionally robust beams measuring 16 × 12 cm. The hand-brushed surface brings out the grain, texture and unique character of the wood, which is left unoiled and in its natural, light tone. Despite its impressive mass, SVEA keeps elegant, timeless lines and combines outstanding stability, natural beauty and handcrafted quality that lasts for decades.

Width Outer width of the bed in centimetres (base 180 cm).
Length Outer length of the bed in centimetres (base 200 cm).
Bed height Standard: sleeping height 50 cm, top of the headboard 90 cm. Comfort: sleeping height 60 cm, headboard 110 cm. Both apply with a mattress 28 cm thick.
Bedside tables LDFloating bedside table in the same finish. Available on the left and/or the right. The nightstand drawers run on metal rails and are fitted with soft-close.
Slatted base Our own slatted base is made of straight, solid wooden slats and is not a sprung Latoflex system. The slats are approximately 25 mm thick. The advantage of this construction is above all the defined and stable support it gives the mattress. At the same time, the low build height lets us match the recess depth very precisely to the height of your mattress, and with it the sleeping height you want. Beds wider than 100 cm have an additional central support leg that distributes the load evenly.

    This premium oak bed is made from solid beams measuring 16 × 12 cm, which guarantees exceptional robustness, stability and a long service life. Despite its pronounced mass, the bed keeps an elegant, modern line that suits both modern and rustic bedrooms.

    We brushed the oak by hand to emphasise the growth rings and the natural structure of the wood even further. What makes this model special is that the wood is not oiled – we kept the authentic, light natural tone of oak, which adds warmth, clarity and a timeless look to the room.

      Delivery and assembly

      Delivery

      The shipping cost is confirmed when the order is placed. The indicative shipping cost is 150 EUR. The price shown in the configurator is the final price of the product including VAT.

      Production and delivery time

      The estimated production and delivery time depends on the type of wood selected:

      • Alder and lime: approximately 10 days
      • Oak and Swiss pine: approximately 4 weeks

      Delivery and assembly

      We deliver the bed to your door. It arrives largely pre-assembled, with simple, clear instructions — you put it together yourself in a few steps, no craftsman needed. Most of our customers manage it in half an hour.

      Personal collection at our joinery workshop is of course also possible by arrangement — we would be glad to show you how it is made.
